DLA Piper advised FTS International, a provider of mission engineering, intelligence analysis, systems integration, and operational support for US government intelligence, defense, and space missions, on its acquisition by Noblis, Inc., a nonprofit science, technology, and strategy organization serving the federal government.
The acquisition expands Noblis’ capabilities while strengthening its ability to help federal agencies navigate increasingly complex mission challenges.
