DLA Piper has added Brittany Turner as a Partner in its Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice in San Francisco, further expanding the firm’s presence in one of the world’s leading innovation and investment markets.
Turner advises venture capital investors, private equity sponsors, and technology companies on investments, financings, strategic transactions, and other corporate matters. She previously served in-house at a leading global technology investment platform, where she helped oversee more than 100 investments across early stage, growth equity, and pre-IPO financing rounds, in addition to follow-on investments, secondary sales, restructurings, and cross-border matters.
