DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes Bill deJong to the firm’s Calgary office in the Securities and Capital Markets group.
Bill maintains a practice specializing in the areas of securities (regulatory and stock exchange compliance), mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law, working with both investment banks and issuers. Bill also works with entrepreneurs in advancing start-up enterprises, providing practical and business-orientated advice to his clients.
Prior to joining DLA Piper Canada, Bill spent several years as in-house counsel and as a corporate development professional for Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange listed companies, in addition to working as a lawyer at an international business law firm for the past 5 years.
