On September 19, 2022, Valhalla Metals Inc. (formerly SolidusGold Inc.) (TSXV: VMXX) completed its reverse takeover transaction of Valhalla Mining which held Sun and Smucker, two high-grade copper-zinc and precious metal rich massive sulfide projects located in northwestern Alaska.
DLA Piper Canada acted for VMXX in this transaction, in addition to a C$10 million private placement which included a strategic investment by Marubeni Metals & Mining (Canada) Inc., a Japanese trading and investment conglomerate.
