On January 11, 2021, FansUnite Entertainment Inc., a sports and entertainment company listed on the Canadian Stock Exchange, (”FansUnite”) announced that it had completed a private placement of special warrants for aggregate gross proceeds of $13,388,120. DLA Piper Canada advised FansUnite on this transaction.
The brokered private placement was conducted by Gravitas Securities Inc., as lead agent and sole bookrunner with a syndicate of agents including Haywood Securities Inc. and Mackie Research Capital Corporation.
