DLA Piper advised the underwriters in IperionX Limited’s US$50 million public offering of American Depositary Shares. Cantor acted as sole book-running manager for the offering. Roth Capital Partners and B. Riley Securities acted as co-managers.

IperionX is an American titanium metal and critical materials company that uses patented technologies to produce high-performance titanium alloys from titanium minerals and recycled titanium feedstocks.
