
DLA Piper advised Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte S.A. (Edenor), Argentina’s largest electricity distributor, on its issuance of Class 11 Notes for approximately US$213 million.
The Notes are denominated and payable in US dollars abroad, bear interest at a fixed rate of 7.50 percent per annum and will be repaid in full at maturity. The Notes were subscribed and settled in US dollars deposited both in Argentina and abroad.
