DLA Piper advises on the financing of a residential project in Luxembourg

DLA Piper has advised FFF Real Estate S à.r.l., a subsidiary of FFF Fund I SCSp SICAV-RAIF, a multi-compartment-regulated Luxembourg fund managed by a Cyprus-based management company, on the financing f of the acquisition and further development of a residential project in Hesperange (Luxembourg).

The transaction also involved the refinancing of the existing debt and envisaged complex structuring. DLA Piper has also recently advised FFF Real Estate S.à r.l. in connection with another real estate finance transaction in Luxembourg.

The DLA Piper team was led by Vienna-based Corporate partner Dr. Christoph Mager and senior associate Ekaterina Larens, while the firm’s team in Luxembourg was led by partners Xavier Guzman (Finance) and Olivier Reisch (Intellectual Property and Technology), associates Joris Reinert (Finance), Mateusz Glowacki (Corporate), Natalie Goormans (Corporate) and Michèle Büchler (Intellectual Property and Technology).

The FFF Fund I transaction team was led by Stanislav Panchenko (General Counsel, Real Estate).
