DLA Piper advises Naylor on the acquisition of concrete fencing manufacturer Procter

DLA Piper has advised Naylor Concrete Products on the acquisition of the business and certain assets of concrete fencing manufacturer Procter Fencing.

Procter Fencing is a manufacturer and supplier of concrete fence posts and ancillary products. The business has a turnover of GBP3.3 million, is based in Garforth and employs 32 people.

Naylor Concrete Products Ltd is based at Barugh Green, Barnsley and is part of Naylor Industries plc, a fourth-generation family group of manufacturing businesses. The company has been manufacturing prestressed concrete lintels for over 50 years.

The DLA Piper team was led by Sheffield-based Corporate partner Rob Mckie, assisted by senior associate Sarah Riley (Corporate) and associate Nick Rouke (Real Estate).
