DLA Piper advises CONREN Land on Dusseldorf property acquisition

DLA Piper has advised CONREN Land on the acquisition of the Düsseldorf commercial and office property “Hansastern C” for the special fund CONREN Land Büro INVEST-Plus, which is managed by IntReal International Real Estate Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. The seller is HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment-Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung.

The property which was built in 1991 has a total rental space of approximately 18,500 sqm and is located on an 8,500 sqm site at the Seestern in Düsseldorf-Niederkassel.

CONREN Land is an owner-managed real estate investment specialist headquartered in Frankfurt am Main and with branches in Hamburg, Munich, London and Barcelona. The company focusses on active fund, investment, portfolio and property management as well as on the development of properties in the economically strong regions of Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom.

The DLA Piper team was led by partner Dr Martin Haller and comprised senior associates Dr Manuel Indlekofer and Dr Catharina Voß as well as associate Thomas Herbst (all Real Estate, Munich). Partner Dr Marie-Theres Rämer and associate Eda Altintas (both Tax, Frankfurt) advised on the tax aspects of the transaction.
