DLA Piper advised Claros Inc. on its definitive agreement to be acquired by Navitas Semiconductor Corporation, a transaction that is expected to strengthen Navitas’s ability to deliver advanced power solutions for AI infrastructure.
By adding Claros’s vertical power delivery and integrated voltage regulator technologies, Navitas expands its portfolio across the AI power stack, helping address the increasingly complex power requirements of modern computing platforms.
