DLA Piper has advised Cabot Properties, an international asset and investment manager, on the acquisition of conneKT 34, a logistics property in Kitzingen Industrial Park. The property was sold to Cabot Properties.
The property is located within the Würzburg metropolitan region and has direct access to the A3 and A7 motorways. The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.
Cabot Properties specializes in industrial and logistics real estate, and the acquisition of this property complements their portfolio, exemplifying the company’s expansion strategy in Europe.
