DLA Piper advises Allegion on acquisition of Overly Door Company

DLA Piper advised Allegion plc, a global security products and solutions provider, on its acquisition of Overly Door Company. The acquisition adds Overly’s custom, specialty security door manufacturing capabilities to Allegion’s existing metal doors and frames portfolio.

The deal strengthens Allegion’s position in the nonresidential security market by expanding its portfolio of high-security door solutions and broadening its ability to serve government, education, healthcare and commercial customers.
