DLA Piper has advised Meltwater B.V., a leading global provider of media intelligence and social analytics Software-as-a-Service solutions, on its IPO at Euronext Growth Oslo.
Meltwater is world’s first online media monitoring company, offering fully integrated services for a variety of use cases such as public relations, communications, marketing, lead generation and customer relations. The total IPO transaction raised gross proceeds amounting to EUR 328 million. Meltwater’s market capitalisation was EUR 1,193 million on the day of listing based on the introduction price of NOK 43.5 per share.
