Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, announces today that Crystal H. Walls has re-joined the Firm’s Real Estate practice as a shareholder.
Resident in the Birmingham, Alabama office, Walls’ practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions, including finance, purchase, sale, leasing and development. Walls also practices in the area of public finance for municipalities, counties and state agencies.
“Crystal has been a valuable contributor to our team for several years now, and we are thrilled to have her back onboard with us,” says Dentons Sirote President W. Todd Carlisle. “Her knowledge and wealth of experience expand the quality representation offered by our Real Estate practice.”
Prior to re-joining Dentons, Walls served as assistant general counsel at one of Birmingham’s largest commercial real estate property managers. She is also a past president and past treasurer of Birmingham CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women).
