Dentons Paris advised the KlimaVest ELTIF fund on the acquisition from Mirova Eurofideme III of its 49% stake in Valeco REN.
KlimaVest ELTIF was launched in 2020 by Commerzreal. It is the first impact fund for private investors whose goal is to invest in and contribute to climate protection.
Active since 2014, the Mirova Eurofideme III fund, is dedicated to renewable energy infrastructure projects in Europe.
Valeco REN is a company specialized in the development, financing, operation and maintenance of renewable energy production plants in France and Canada. Valeco Ren operates 2 portfolios composed of 13 wind farms and 1 photovoltaic plant with a total capacity of 169 MW.
