Dentons LuatViet is pleased to announce the promotion of Mrs. Bui Thi Viet Ha to Partner. She first came to the firm eight years ago as an associate. Ha’s great wealth of experience in legal practice, along with her leadership, made her an excellent candidate for this position.
She started her legal career as a legal assistant for USAID – STAR Vietnam Project, which aims to enhance Vietnam’s capacity to build up its legal system in respect of Vietnam’s accession to WTO (on Vietnam’s WTO Commitments).
Before joining Dentons LuatViet, she acted as an in-house counsel for a leading telecommunication company in Vietnam. She is known for her numerous experiences and skills in delivering professional legal services from a Vietnamese law perspective to clients in multi areas for 13 years.
She continues to be a loyal advocate during her time with the firm. Ha’s legal background and business mindset give her an improved insight into maximizing client satisfaction and motivational abilities for the growth not only of Hanoi’s team but beyond. As a partner, she is responsible for providing legal services in foreign investment, trade, commercial matters, corporate, labor and telecommunications.
