Dentons Link Legal acted as the counsel to SpiceJet Limited, in relation to its Qualified Institutions Placement. Through this fund-raising exercise, SpiceJet Limited issued and allotted 487,012,986 Equity Shares at an issue price of ₹ 61.60 per Equity Share (including a premium of ₹ 51.60 per Equity Share), aggregating up to ₹ 30,000.00 million. DAM Capital and JM Financials were the Book Running Lead Managers managing the placement.
