Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Invesco Real Estate on the sale of Time Building, an iconic office building located in the centre of Milan, to a real estate fund owned by Fabrica Immobiliare SGR S.p.A.
The asset, built in the 1930s and known to have been the historic headquarters of AFL Falck, Siemens and the Regional Council of Lombardy, is strategically located in Milan’s Porta Nuova district, location of several Italian and international companies.
The Hogan Lovells team that advised on the transaction was led by partner Marco Rota Candiani together with counsel Maria Deledda, senior associate Alberto Carrara, associate Riccardo Colantoni and trainee Monica Nicoletti.
