Dentons Link Legal acted as the sole legal counsel as to Indian laws for the qualified institutions placement of equity shares of Genesys International Corporation Limited (“GICL“) aggregating to ₹11,000.00 lakhs (“Issue”).
Dentons US LLP acted as the legal counsel to GICL as to U.S. laws. The lead manager to this Issue was Elara Capital (India) Private Limited.
The placement document was filed with the stock exchanges, i.e., BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
