Dentons Link Legal acted as legal counsel to Tata Capital Limited in connection with the extension of financial assistance to four special purpose vehicles (SPVs) of Cleantech Solar, a prominent provider of renewable energy solutions to commercial and industrial clients across India and Southeast Asia, headquartered in Singapore.
The financing supports the development and implementation of multiple rooftop and ground-mounted solar power projects currently under construction across the Indian states of Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan. These projects are part of Cleantech Solar’s ongoing efforts to accelerate clean energy adoption and promote sustainability across key industrial regions.
The Dentons Link Legal team provided comprehensive end-to-end legal support to Tata Capital, which included the drafting, negotiation, finalization, and execution of all financing and security documents associated with the transaction.
