Dentons Hong Kong represented CMB International as the sole dealer advisor in connection with the exchange offer by Huijing Holdings Company Limited of at least a minimum acceptance amount of US$107.4 million of its outstanding US$138.0 million 12.50% senior notes due 2022 for 12.50% senior notes due 2023.
