Dentons appoints Corporate partner Stephen Levy as Chair of the UK, Ireland and Middle East Board

Dentons announced today that Stephen Levy has been appointed Chair of the Firm’s UK, Ireland and Middle East (UKIME) Board. Stephen is a partner in the London Corporate practice and has been a member of the Board since May 2020, having joined as a partner in 2016. Stephen succeeds Madeleine Smallwood who has served as Chair since 2018.

‘Maximising the opportunities presented by Dentons’ global platform for the benefit of our clients is one of the Board’s key priorities’, said Stephen Levy. ‘We look forward to providing support to our excellent executive team under its new leadership.’

‘Madeleine deserves a huge vote of thanks for the outstanding contribution she has made to the Board and the interests of the Firm over the past three years,’ said UKIME CEO Paul Jarvis. ‘Stephen has already brought an enormous amount of energy and wisdom to the Board as a successful private equity practitioner who has advised on some of our standout cross-border transactions, and I look forward to working alongside him as the UKIME region enters a new era.’
