Dentons and Balcıoğlu Selçuk Ardıyok Keki Attorney Partnership (BASEAK) advised Koç Medical B.V., a subsidiary of Koç Holding A.Ş., on its acquisition of 100% of the shares of Bıçakcılar Global Tıbbi Ürünler Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and its fully owned subsidiary Bıçakcılar Tıbbi Cihazlar Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Bıçakcılar). Koç Medical B.V.is the sole shareholder of Koç Yaşa Çok Yaşa Medical A.Ş., a health technology company.
Bıçakcılar and its group companies have been operating in sale and manufacturing of medical devices for more than 60 years. The acquisition has extended Koç Group’s health technology portfolio and contributed to its well-established healthcare activities.
