Dentons’ Real Estate team in Warsaw has advised Savills Investment Management (Savills IM), an international investment manager operating on the commercial real estate market, on the sale of the Marynarska Point I office building, located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, to the investment fund managed by Adventum Group.
Marynarska Point I is a modern A-class office building located at the intersection of Postępu and Marynarska streets in Mokotów district – one of the largest business districts in the Polish capital. The property offers over 13,000 sq. m. of modern office space, some retail units located on the ground floor, and approximately 200 underground parking spaces. This BREEAM Excellent In-Use certified building was completed in 2008.
