Dentons has advised a private investment company on the sale of the Hilton Hotel in Cardiff to the property investment firm, Castleforge Partners. The hotel is located in Cardiff town centre, a 5-minute walk from Cardiff Castle. The hotel boasts castle views with 197 bedrooms, 6 meeting rooms and a health club with a spa, gym and an indoor pool.
