Dentons’ Real Estate team in Warsaw advised HB Reavis development company on the sale of the Postępu 14 office building located in Mokotów district in Warsaw, to CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (CA Immo), the Austrian investor, real estate manager and developer. The transaction value was of nearly €87 million.
P14, also known as Postępu 14, is a modern A-class office building offering approx. 34,500 sq. m. of gross leasable area. The facility is distinguished by ecological solutions, including wind turbine-generated energy, bicycle infrastructure, electric vehicle charging station, energy-efficient elevators and lighting, as well as the use of rainwater for watering and cooling air conditioning systems. The building was completed in 2015 and received a BREEAM-Excellent certificate.
The transaction was concluded by partner Monika Sitowicz and counsel Łukasz Zwiercan, with the support of associate Zofia Maciejewska.
