Dentons advises on the sale of facility management company BK to ZSE

Dentons has advised the shareholders of BK, a.s., a leading Slovak facility management company, on the sale of their shares to Západoslovenská energetika, a.s. (ZSE), Slovakia’s largest electricity distributor. The parties have agreed that the transaction amount will not be disclosed. Completion of the transaction was subject to clearance by the Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic.

BK employs more than 150 employees and its annual turnover exceeds €20. It provides comprehensive services in the field of building technology and facility management to major companies such as Slovak Telekom, UniCredit Bank, Slovnaft, ČSOB, SLSP, Tesco, and Billa. Recently, among others BK participated in the construction of the National Football Stadium and the modernization of the Polus Shopping Center in Bratislava.
