Dentons’ Energy and Natural Resources practice team advised Macquarie’s Green Investment Group on the acquisition of a 22 MW onshore wind farm in Ścieki, in central Poland, from the EnerCap Power Funds.
The wind farm has been operating since 2013 and consists of eleven Vestas V90 2 MW wind turbine generators.
Legal advice was provided by a team led by Agnieszka Kulińska, Partner in the Energy and Natural Resources practice team, comprising senior associate Filip Raubo and associates Lena Boczkaja and Filip Ruciński. Agnieszka Lipska, Partner in the Banking and Finance practice team and senior associate Łukasz Błaszczak led on the financing aspects of the transaction.
