A Dentons team has guided MarketStar Holding, LLC, a family office-backed global business-to-business sales organization, on its purchase of all the capital stock of Regalix, Inc. This transaction will result in Marketstar expanding business-to-business revenue growth solutions with Regalix’s experience in data-driven and ROI focused marketing for hi-tech, ad-tech and retail clients. This transaction was closed on May 1, 2023.
The transaction was led by Corporate partners Jeff Jones and Elisabeth Calvert (Salt Lake City) with assistance from Corporate associate Sam Goold (St. George).
