Yield Engineering Systems (YES), a leading provider of semiconductor process equipment and material solutions technology, has announced a US$55 million IP-backed financing from a fund managed by Aon Advantage Funds LLC, with support from services provided by Aon’s IP Solutions.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised YES in the transaction with a deal team led by partners Haim Zaltzman, Ben Potter and Dan Van Fleet, with associates Tony Noh, Hyunji Lee, Tulin Gurer, and Tyler Davis.
