Dentons has advised the developer YIT Zwirn 2, a joint venture of YIT Slovakia and RSJ Investments, on a syndicated loan of over €100 million provided by a club of banks to finance one of the most significant development investments in Bratislava, Zwirn 2. The club of banks that provided the financing included Tatra banka as the Agent and Československá obchodná banka and Slovenská Sporiteľňa.
Zwirn 2 is a residential project that will expand the range of sustainable housing in Bratislava. The project follows on from two already completed blocks, Zwirn 1 and Zwirn 3, and will offer a total of more than 870 residential units. The complex also includes the Zwirn Office building with an area of almost 10,000 sq.m.
Bratislava-based senior associate Katarína Slezáková led the Dentons team under supervision of partner Patricia Gossányiová and supported by associate Dávid Duda.
