The French State and Société AMEDEA, a project company established by the awarded consortium comprising Eiffage and APRR, have signed the concession contract for the design, construction, and operation of the A412 motorway. The decree approving the concession agreement was published in the Journal Officiel on October 15, 2024.
This 55-year concession contract will connect Machilly to Thonon-les-Bains (Haute-Savoie) via a dual carriageway spanning approximately 16 kilometers, marking a significant milestone in the infrastructure development of Haute-Savoie.
The State received counsel from Dentons, represented by Marc Fornacciari and Jean Marc Allix (partners) along with Roxane Leclercq (associate).
