Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Airbus Defence and Space on a lease agreement for three UHF TACSAT satellite channels on a communications satellite.
The signed contract covers a period of 15 years during which telecommunications resources will be used by the Polish Cyber Defence Forces Component Command.
The project was led by Professor Piotr Bogdanowicz (Counsel) and supervised by Marcin Ciemiński, PhD, (Partner). The team also consisted of lawyers specializing in the area of intellectual property – Krzysztof Hajdamowicz (Counsel) and Martyna Sieczka (Associate).
