Dentons has advised Freelance Properties Ltd on the sale of its long leasehold interest in the Hilton Maidstone to an established UK hotel, golf and leisure owner operator. The hotel is located near Maidstone town centre and comprises of 146 en-suite bedrooms, 8 meeting rooms with space for 150 delegates, parking space for 300 vehicles, and a health club which includes a swimming pool, sauna and spa.
