Dentons’ Public Procurement and Government Contracts team in Warsaw provided legal advice to CNIM Systèmes Industriels, a French manufacturer of equipment and advanced technologies, in connection with its bid for the tender for motorized floating bridges conducted by Poland’s Armament Agency. CNIM Systèmes Industriels was successful in its bid, and has signed a €320 million framework agreement for the supply of motorized floating bridges for the Polish Armed Forces.
Partner Anna Szymańska and associate Adam Królak led the legal team on the project, with the support of partner Aldona Kowalczyk, counsel Agnieszka Gilowska, associate Dominika Markowicz (all Public Procurement and Government Contracts), as well as managing counsel Michał Bernat (Tax) and counsel Dariusz Czuchaj (Intellectual Property and Technology).
