Dentons advised BentallGreenOak, an international investment manager operating on the commercial real estate market, on the acquisition of a portfolio of three warehouses belonging to 7R Park Tczew (Northern Poland). Purchased from the developer 7R, the investment includes two existing facilities and another one to be developed under the DMA (Development Management Agreement) and commissioned by the end of 2021. This was BentallGreenOak’s first investment transaction in Poland.
7R Park Tczew is a complex of five modern A-class warehouse facilities located near TriCity. The purchased portfolio includes two existing buildings with a total area of approximately 39,000 sq. m. and another one, currently under construction, that will ultimately offer tenants over 10,000 sq. m. of gross floor area. All buildings are characterized by the highest standard of development, and their space can be flexibly adapted to different types of business activity including production. The location of 7R Park Tczew in Pomeranian Special Economic Zone (Pomeranian SEZ) makes it more attractive due to convenient conditions for local business development.
