Global law firm Dentons advised Aument Capital Partners in relation to a financing for the GIGATONS Group for general corporate purposes and working capital.
Aument Capital Partners is a Singapore-headquartered multi-family office that provides investment services catered specifically to the needs of entrepreneurs. Aument Capital Partners is also present in Abu Dhabi.
Based in Abu Dhabi, GIGATONS Group is a next-generation technology and funding platform business accelerating gigatons of CO₂ reductions by scaling net zero transport and critical power infrastructure.
