Amterdam, Paris—Dentons advised Lighthouse Capital on the €305 million acquisition of four shopping centers in France from Wereldhave, through the acquisition of property owning companies. The shopping centers are: Docks Vauban in Le Havre, Docks 76 and Saint Sever in Rouen, and Rivetoile in Strasbourg.
