Dentons advised Interparking, a leading European parking operator, on the acquisition of the Lijnbaan parking garage in the center of Rotterdam from Dela Vastgoed.
Interparking has been the tenant of the parking garage at this location since 1970, also after the (re)development in 1999. The parking garage has 540 parking spaces. The transaction, is part of a broader sales program of DELA Vastgoed.
The Amsterdam team consisted of Pieter van Delden, Bas Bruynsteen, Marleen Spek and Daan Bruins.
