Delta Airlines secured operating authorisation and security approval to operate flights from USA to India

Sarin & Co. acted on behalf of Delta Air Lines, Inc. and secured the operating authorisation and security clearance for the airline from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS) India.

Delta Air Lines, Inc, the world’s most profitable airline, will be restarting operations between USA and India with a non-stop flight from John F. Kennedy International Airport in Queens, New York to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport in Mumbai, using a Boeing 777-200 Long Range aircraft.

Syed Tamjeed Ahmad, Ritesh Aggarwal and Vinamra Longani, members of the aviation team at Sarin & Co. lead by Managing Partner, Nitin Sarin, worked relentlessly over the past six months to ensure all necessary approvals were granted in time for the airline to restart operations in India.
