Mr. Okram Singha is joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (cam) as a Partner in its Financing Practice. He will be based in Mumbai.
Okram has over 14 years of experience in advising lenders, multilateral institutions, sponsors, investors and borrowers. He focuses on structured finance, project finance, debt capital market transactions and general banking matters.

Okram is a graduate from Government Law College, Mumbai in 2008. In 2015 & 2017, he featured in the RSG India Report for ‘Client Recommendations’ for the Banking and Finance practice.
