Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas welcomes Jian Johnson as a Partner in its Financing Practice

Mr. Jian Johnson joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as a Partner in its Financing Practice. Prior to joining CAM, Jian worked in the corporate legal group at ICICI Bank for thirteen years. He will be based out of the Mumbai office of CAM. With his joining, CAM Financing practice now has total 34 partners.

Jian has serviced the project finance, markets, treasury, strategy, corporate centre, and securitisation verticals at ICICI Bank, and advised on several marquee transactions including the first initial public offerings of Indian life and general insurers respectively. His areas of experience are derivatives, financial services M&A, financial regulatory, project finance, and securitisation. Jian graduated from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru in 2009.
