April 25, 2022, Mumbai/ Delhi: Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) in relation to the financial assistance provided to Renew Wind Energy (Rajasthan One) Private Limited, Narmada Wind Energy Private Limited and Molagavalli Renewable Private Limited (all promoted by Renew Power Private Limited) for premature redemption of the rupee bonds issued by these entities.
The Project & Project Finance practice of the Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised in relation to the documentation and structuring aspects of the Transaction. The Transaction was led by Yash Jain, Partner; with support from Madhur Verma, Principal Associate; Janani Chandrasekaran, Associate, and Pragya Dubey, Associate.
The Transaction was signed on 24th March, 2022; and closed on 25th March, 2022.
