   1. Director (Law): Level 13A (PB 4, Rs.37400-67000 + Grade Pay Rs.8900/-)
   2. Joint Director (Law): Level 13 (PB 4 + Grade Pay Rs.8700/-)
   3. Director (Law): Level 12 (PB 3 + GP Rs. 7,600/-)
3. Required Qualifications:
   1. Director (Law)
      1. Ph.d. in Competition Law or equivalent from a Recognized Institution and 8 years of experience in the relevant field; or
      2. Master’s degree in law or equivalent from a Recognized Institute and 10 years of experience in the relevant field; or
      3. Bachelor of Law (Professional) or equivalent from a recognized University and 12 years of experience in the relevant field.

1. Joint Director (Law):
   1. Ph. D in Competition Law or equivalent from a recognized University and 3 years of experience in the relevant field; or
   2. Master’s Degree in Law or equivalent from a recognized University and 4 years of experience in the relevant filed; or
   3. Bachelor of Law (Professional) or equivalent from a recognized University and 6 years of experience in the relevant field, including in corporate sector.

1. Dep Director (Law):
   1. Bachelor of Law (Professional) or equivalent with 3 years of experience in the relevant field, including in corporate sector.
2. Experience Requirement: Desirable Experience in Competition Law.
3. Age: Director (Law): Between 40- 45 years.

Joint Director (Law): Between 35-40 years.

Dep Director (Law): 33 Years.
