New Delhi, Delhi: Chandhiok & Mahajan advised Radiohead Brand Private Limited (“Company”), which owns and operates the famous beverage brand, Jimmy’s Cocktail, in their pre-series A fundraise from Roots Ventures (Lead Investor), Angel List and other investors.
Investors invested in the pre-series A round of the Company by way of subscription to compulsorily convertible preference shares of the Company.
Before this funding round, the Company already had more than 15 investors who had invested in the Company in the previous rounds, and many of them invested in this round also.
The deal was led by Sujoy Bhatia, partner and head of the corporate group at Chandhiok & Mahajan, and assisted by Nishant Sogani (Senior Associate), Megha Pathak (Senior Associate), and Ashu Bhargav (Associate). The team advised in the negotiation of the deal, drafting of the transaction documents, and assisted the parties to the agreement with the execution.

Jimmy’s Cocktails has raised a total of INR 22.5 Crores in funding.
