Clifford Chance has advised longstanding client Tele2 on its agreement with Deutsche Telekom to sell T-Mobile Netherlands to funds advised by Apax Partners and Warburg Pincus, a private equity consortium.
The parties have agreed to an enterprise value of EUR 5.1 billion. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals and consultation with employee representatives. For more information, please click here.
