Clifford Chance advised Sun Investment Group Polska sp. z o.o. on the sale of a 170 MWp turnkey portfolio to be developed in Poland by Sun Investment Group, to Ignitis Renewables, an international energy company and one of the largest energy groups in the Baltic region. It was one of the largest solar transactions of this kind in Central Europe so far.
The Warsaw Clifford Chance team advising on the transaction consisted of Paweł Puacz, counsel heading the Energy Group and M&A counsel Tomasz Derda.
