International law firm Clifford Chance has advised Rabobank, as major shareholder in the Paraguayan bank Banco Regional, on the proposed merger of Sudameris and Banco Regional to create one of Latin America’s most significant banking groups.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and other conditions to closing.
