Clifford Chance advised its long-standing client Prologis on the acquisition of Amsterdam City DC4, a 15,700 square meter distribution center in the Amsterdam area, from Kroonenberg Groep.
The Amsterdam City DC4 facility is situated on 2.5 hectares of freehold land.
Clifford Chance advised Prologis on the due diligence, acquisition and closing of this transaction.
